Corporate History

1951 Hayakawa Estate (as an individual company) is founded in its current location.
Appointed in the same year as auditor for the eastern division of the Fukuoka Real Estate Transaction Association.
1956 Appointed as auditor for the Hakata branch of the Fukuoka Real Estate Transaction Association.
1961 Appointed as arbitration advisor for the Fukuoka Real Estate Transaction Association.
1985 Building planning, ready-built building, and condominium development business activities begin.
1988 Reorganized as Hayakawa Estate Inc. with capital of 10 million yen.
1990 Certified as a real estate analyst by the National Federation of Real Estate Transaction Associations.
Ryozo Hayakawa appointed Executive Director.
Shinichi Hayakawa appointed President and CEO.
In August of that year, the Construction Planning Division was made independent and re-established as The Honda Construction Planning Company First-class Architect's Office.
A Renovation Division was also established at the same time.
1996 Constructs new company building in Yoshizuka Honmachi, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka in line with road-widening construction work.
1998 Establishes Weekly Rentals Division.
2003 The Honda Construction Planning Company First-class Architect's Office establishes a Construction Division, and changes its name to "Espace Construction".
2004 Plans Japan's first condominium that uses i-Mode cellular phones with embedded IC technology as keys for doors and entranceways.
Opens coin laundry "Pure" in Yoshizuka, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City.
2006 Opens the "KESAKA Inn" hotel and establishes a new Hotel Business Division.
2007 The Weekly Rentals Division expands business into Tokyo.
Hayakawa Estate opens a Tokyo branch office.
2008 Opens coin laundry "Pure No. 2" in Maidashi, Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City.
2009 Starts storage unit business. (In Higashi-ku and Hakata-ku in Fukuoka City)
Hayakawa Estate's first sales for "Townhouse" projects in Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka.
2010 Project for certification as a New Cooperation Business by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
Certified for commercialization of rental property free preview system "MILOKA".
2011

Affiliate company Espace Construction starts providing lessons as part of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare's support system for job seekers.

2013 Begins solar power generation system (industrial/residential) business.
2014 Establishes the NPO "Senior Citizen Rental Housing Support".
